Breakthrough Leadership Course Summary: Expecting the Next Step

Within the framework of the Project on Reinventing Corporate Culture – Affirming and “Living” Kim Oanh Group’s Cultural Values, on the evening of January 26th, Kim Oanh Group held the Closing Ceremony of the Breakthrough Leadership Course, in order to evaluate and recognize the initial results achieved as well as serve as a premise for the next activities of the project in the future.

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, said that she was very happy that the recent breakthrough Leadership Course not only received the serious and enthusiastic participation of all students but also received many positive feedbacks.

“In the coming time, I hope that we will all continue to promote the spirit of enthusiasm and participate more actively so that the training programs in particular and the Project on recreating corporate culture – Affirming and “Living” the values of Kim Oanh Group’s culture in general will have new steps, new success,” said Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh.

In response to the expectations of the female Chairwoman, representing the trainees, Mr. Hoang Chau Tuan shared, the recent breakthrough leadership course has given individuals the opportunity to experience and learn deeply about corporate culture. At the same time, it helps him as well as the management team of the corporation to understand many useful things. He is looking forward to the next courses and will participate fully.

In the joyful atmosphere of preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year, welcoming the Giap Thin New Year 2024, representatives of the board of directors also sent congratulations to practitioners.
