Following the success of previous courses, within the framework of the Corporate Culture Regeneration Project, Kim Oanh Group continues to organize the breakthrough Leadership Foundation Course, to improve management skills and work quality, for the group’s senior leadership team.
At the beginning of the program, Mr. Nguyen Luong Tho, Deputy General Director of the Group welcomed and gave words of encouragement to the learning spirit of the managers, although busy, still valued and took the time to participate in the course seriously.

Taking place over two days, from 12 to 13/04, the Breakthrough Leadership Foundations course delved into the content on how to build confidence to create breakthrough success in the leadership style of the new era. At the same time, skills on strengthening the capacity to treat people, build trust and cohesion the team are also integrated and analyzed by Coach Le Tan Thao in a complete and detailed way, bringing students many useful things.
