With the goal of building a team of personnel “Working in mindfulness – Success in peace”, helping all Kim Oanh Group members achieve a balance of Body – Mind – Mind, recently, the Group’s Board of Directors continued to support nearly 100 leaders and employees attending Vipassana meditation course in Da Lat City, Lam Dong.

Putting aside all work, nearly 100 leaders of the Group have embarked on a very special journey, a journey of awareness, where Kim Oanh Group‘s team turns inside themselves to truly understand themselves better, think more positively, thereby having better work plans, both help individuals develop, harmonize collective interests and align with the Group’s sustainable development strategy.

Not only in this meditation course from the end of 2022 until now, almost every month Kim Oanh Group’s team also has leaders and employees registering to participate in meditation courses. This is a very special welfare policy only available at Kim Oanh Group. Accordingly, when leaders and employees wishing to participate in the meditation course will be prioritized to take leave and hand over work for 10 days to dedicate themselves to meditation practice. And especially, the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors still pay full salaries during these 10 days.

It can be said that to complete the meditation course lasting more than 10 consecutive days for Kim Oanh Group’s team is a great effort not only of the participants themselves but also the sharing of the team’s work and great support from the Group in terms of policy. In response to these efforts, all leaders and employees of the Group have completed the meditation courses very fully and reaped many practical benefits.
