In the afternoon of 14/5, Kim Oanh Group organized the program “Thank You Party” to thank partners for successfully developing the Legacy Central project in Thuan An City, Binh Duong province.
Legacy Central is the second apartment project that Kim Oanh Group has developed in Binh Duong, after The EastGate project. Although implemented in difficult times, up to today the project has exceeded expectations, receiving very high appreciation from customers.
Speaking at the event, Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Kim Oanh Group, congratulated the partners as well as the Group's team for overcoming many challenges to complete the project and officially handed over to residents from 11/5.
“With the motto “Real product – Real value” and “Success comes before profit”, Legacy Central has brought quality products to customers. To do that, a large part is thanks to the companionship and support from partners such as construction contractors, design consultancy, supervision consultancy … as well as all Group employees. I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone and hope that Kim Oanh Group will continue to receive such companionship in many other projects in the future”, Mrs. Oanh shared.
Partners and construction unit experts recognize that one of the factors that help Legacy Central succeed is thanks to the close coordination between stakeholders, with the core role belonging to Hoa Binh general construction contractor. What exists in the project confirms the ability and experience of Hoa Binh as the leading construction company in Vietnam.
Representatives of partner units also said that due to the strict requirements of Hoa Binh and the supervision consultant, all details of construction, quality control, safety assurance and acceptance are closely monitored. For example, in case the first batch of concrete has deviations from the design consultancy, the acceptance unit requires to redo it, not accepting any errors.
Legacy Central is guaranteed by major partners such as Hoa Binh Construction Group (general contractor), Anabuki NL Housing Service Vietnam Company – a member of Anabuki Group Japan (operation management) and uses high-end equipment from Toto, Siemens, Hitachi, An Cuong … bring satisfaction to residents. After the handover on May 11, many residents have started moving in to enjoy the modern and comfortable life here.
