On the morning of 23/8, Kim Oanh Group organized an integration training session for 50 new officers and employees. These are young, enthusiastic and potential personnel who have just decided to accompany career development at the corporation.

Sharing at the training session, Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh – Chairwoman, General Director of Kim Oanh Group – recently the Group has strongly promoted strategic cooperation with many international “giants” such as Sumitomo (Japan), Surbana Jurong (Singapore)… And one of the factors that helps Kim Oanh Group “score” in the eyes of partners is the successful building of a team of enthusiastic personnel, always united to overcome challenges towards the common goal: bringing businesses to develop quickly and sustainably..

Sending greetings to the 50 new employees, Ms. Oanh emphasized: “Although the picture of the real estate market is still dark, we must always maintain a progressive attitude, create positive energy for ourselves and do our best to achieve the most impressive achievements. At the event, Ms. Huynh Thi Thu Thao, representative of Kim Oanh Group’s Recruitment and Training Department, also introduced to new employees general information about Kim Oanh Group such as: 15-year history of establishment and development, fields of operation, projects that have been implemented, development orientation, organizational chart, corporate culture, promotion opportunities and especially attractive welfare policies.

Thereby, the new employees have a clear understanding of the working environment, vision, mission, core values as well as enthusiasm of Kim Oanh Group’s Board of Directors. On that basis, each individual is deeply aware of their position, role and responsibility when becoming a member of Kim Oanh Group and initially planning their personal career development plan at the Group.
