After 2 consecutive months in the top, in October, New City branch has made a breakthrough to reach the highest position of the whole system, with a revenue target of 50.78% and sales efficiency of nearly 37.4 million VND/sales specialist.
This is also a branch with stable sales performance and high achievements in business emulation campaigns such as “60 days and nights to speed up transactions”, “Super speed race – Receive extreme gifts” …
“In addition to individual efforts, the New City branch always emphasizes smart and scientific working methods. The management team of the branch always closely follows the market context and the capacity of each sales specialist to set appropriate KPIs, and supports each individual to develop a detailed work plan, break down the roadmap to achieve the set goals” – Mrs. Le Thi Hanh, The New City branch manager shares the secret to helping the branch maintain high performance for many months.

Maintaining its performance, Di An branch was also honored in the top for 3 consecutive months. Particularly in October 2023, Di An branch won the 2nd prize with a business achievement of 48.73% of the revenue target, sales performance reached nearly 23.5 million VND/sales specialist.
Ranked 03rd prize is Dien Bien Phu branch with a revenue target of 36.23%, sales efficiency of more than 19.3 million VND/sales specialist.
With relentless efforts, the Kim Oanh Group sales team has set an impressive sales record in the month starting Q4 2023. In October, the system’s revenue reached 30.3% compared to the target set at the beginning of the year, sales performance reached more than 17.1 million VND/sales specialist.
