Hello, first of all, can you introduce yourself and the New City branch?
Hello Kim Oanh Group, my name is Le Thi Hanh. I joined Kim Oanh Group in 2011 and has been the Director of New City Branch since 6/2022 until now.
Established at the end of 2012, after more than 11 years of operation, up to now, New City branch has developed relatively stably with 5 sales departments and 65 employees. Besides, the branch is also proud to be one of the solid business pillars of Kim Oanh Group when always ranked high in the Group’s emulation programs.
Recently, the New City branch has just won the first prize of the leading business branch in the system in October and 3 consecutive months of being honored in the Top 3. Previously, the branch also achieved very high rankings in emulation programs and sales campaigns such as “60 days and nights of accelerated transactions” of the Legacy Prime apartment project, “Super speed race – Receive extreme gifts” for projects implemented in the period from 10/11/2022 to 8/1/2023… The New City Branch has also done its best along with the business system setting sales records with nearly 100% of Legacy Prime apartment baskets successfully transacting through launches.
The achievement that she and her “warriors” have just achieved is encouraging and proud. What is the secret, can you tell the Kim Oanh Group family?
In addition to individual efforts, the New City branch always emphasizes smart and scientific working methods. The management team of the branch always closely follows the market context and the capacity of each sales specialist to set appropriate KPIs, and supports each individual to develop a detailed work plan, breaking down the roadmap to achieve the set goals.
As for Hanh, in the role of manager, in addition to professional support, I also create many activities to connect, create energy, and inspire business brothers. Along with that, the New City branch also regularly has its own reward competition programs to promote warrior spirit and motivate the team.
Always innovating, always motivating, always supporting and always recognizing and rewarding each individual is also my management motto to “win people’s hearts” (laugh).
If so, does your branch always seem to go smoothly without difficulty?
The advantage is that the apparatus works smoothly, efficiently. Difficulties, of course, are inevitable. In the current period, the unpredictable fluctuations of the economy and real estate market are significant challenges. The market is somewhat slowed down, so the business activities of the branch also face many difficulties.
Despite this, the New City branch is fortunate to have a very high “warrior” spirit. All brothers take it as a challenge and do their best to overcome it. Along with that is the encouragement and timely support from the Group’s Board of Directors and departments.
With a long-term vision and sensitivity to the market, early on, the Group’s Board of Directors planned a strategy to develop products towards real needs in parallel with high-end product lines to serve a variety of customer segments. Along with that, sales policies, oriented to buyers have helped the sales team easily reach customers. It is a great advantage to help the group’s sales team in general and the New City branch in particular break through despite the challenges of the market.
In addition to being facilitated by the Group’s Board of Directors, what are the internal factors for the branch to maintain its performance and move forward? What is the slogan of the New City branch?
“Unite – Fight – Win – Oh yes” is the slogan of the New City branch. In particular, “unity” is the common spirit of the Kim Oanh people, “Decisive Victory – Determination to Win” is the determination and strong belief of the New City warriors and “Oh yes” brings a source of positive energy, dynamism, youthfulness and is the unique mark of the branch that reminds each member to always unleash all their internal strength to shine in his own way.
What are the upcoming goals of the New City branch?
In the short term, the New City branch is stepping up recruitment to complete the staffing of 90 personnel, completing the organizational structure of the branch. Following the successes achieved, the unit aims to complete 80% of the December revenue target and 60% of the 2023 business plan set by the Group’s Board of Directors.
In the long term, the New City branch will closely follow Kim Oanh Group’s development roadmap, build a professional working process for the branch and strive to create humane and sustainable values. At the same time, the branch team is always determined to maintain the leading position.
