The People’s Committee of Ben Cat town has issued Decision No. 57/QD-UBND dated 17/01/2019 on approving the adjustment of the master plan detailing 1/500 An Dien Rural Housing Project in An Dien commune, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province. The project is invested by Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
According to the approved adjustment planning plan, An Dien Rural Housing Area has an area of 86,828.5 m2, the North is bordered by a land road that has lost its status quo; on the south by University Road 606; on the east by people’s land, ditches and bare land; on the west by residential land and factory land.
The nature of the planning area is a commercial housing area planned with the functional structure of land use, spatial organization, landscape architecture, technical infrastructure system according to the general orientation of Ben Cat town; meet the essential needs of housing for people in the area and surrounding areas.
In which, the area for land is more than 45,813 m2, it is planned to develop 413 adjacent commercial houses with a height of 1-3 floors, with a population size of about 1,652 people. In addition, in order to add value to the project and meet the needs of future residents, besides the green space, a part of the land area of the project is also reserved for the construction of a preschool, the scale of 2,471 m2.
Previously, on 17/08/2017, the People’s Committee of Ben Cat town had a decision to approve the detailed planning plan of 1/500 An Dien Rural Housing Project in An Dien commune, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province.
The contents of the overall adjustment of the detailed plan have met the objectives and tasks of the project, complied with the provisions of current law and complied with the approved economic and technical indicators of the master plan of An Dien rural housing area.
