The People’s Committee of Ben Cat town has issued Decision No. 1036/QD-UBND dated 12/06/2020 on approving the adjustment of the master plan detailing 1/500 Cau Do Residential Project in An Dien commune, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province. The project is invested by Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
According to the approved adjustment planning plan, Cau Do residential area has an area of 489,590.4m2, with a population size of about 9,196 people, the North borders HUH 606 road and residential land; on the south by populated land; on the east by the Thi Tinh River; on the west by populated land.
The nature of the planning area is a commercial residential area planned with the functional structure of land use, spatial organization, landscape architecture, technical infrastructure system according to the general orientation of Ben Cat town; meet the demand for housing and essential utility services for people in the area and surrounding areas.
This is a residential area planned and newly built synchronously into a complete complex. On the land fund for residential land with an area of about 246,485m2, it is expected to develop a total of 2,299 products. In which, including: adjacent commercial houses (1,981 units, 2-3 floors high, total area is 211,528m2); villa housing (42 units, 2 floors high, total area of more than 16,283m2); adjacent social housing (276 units, 2 floors, total area of 18,674m2).
Besides residential areas, public works, urban services are the highlight of the landscape architecture of Cau Do Residential Area, creating a comfortable living environment, serving people’s lives well. Prominent is the commercial – service building, with an area of 4,319m2; Educational building, scale of 16,812m2 with the orientation of building preschools and primary schools, meeting essential needs for future residents.
Previously, on 11/07/2017, the People’s Committee of Ben Cat town had a decision to approve the detailed planning plan of 1/500 Cau Do Residential Project in An Dien commune, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province.
The contents of the overall adjustment of the detailed plan have met the objectives and tasks of the project, comply with the provisions of current law and comply with the approved economic and technical indicators of the master plan of Cau Do Residential Area.
