That is the content of the sharing session for senior leaders of Kim Oanh Group that took place on the morning of October 7. Through the sharing session, the Organizing Committee hopes that the Group’s management apparatus will become more and more complete to serve the development needs in the next period.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Vice Chairwoman of Kim Oanh Group, delivered the opening speech.

According to Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – Vice Chairwoman of Kim Oanh Group’s Board of Directors, a well-adaptable management level will be an extremely valuable asset of the business and adaptive leadership is a process, not a job position. This process creates a culture that drives environmental change, leads with empathy, learns through self-regulation and reflection, and creates “Win-Win” solutions. From there, adaptive leadership will create an inclusive culture to best promote the effectiveness of all employees.

More than 50 leaders and senior managers of Kim Oanh Group attended the sharing session “Personal management with adaptive leadership”

“The process of coming up with multiple solutions contributes to building a culture where people can have healthy debates with each other. It also allows them to generate their own ideas and think independently,” Ms Anh said.

Putting yourself in a different way will help managers and leaders understand and know how to reconcile views with others more.

In my role as an HR manager, I will encourage hiring a variety of personalities, interests, experiences, etc. It is the inclusive culture that drives innovation,” said Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Deputy Human Resources Director of Kim Oanh Group.

Mr Tran Minh Tuan, Chief of Staff of the Board of Directors, said that every way has its strengths, challenges and creates its own values. Having differences and diversity of personalities of each individual in an organization is extremely necessary.
“Through today’s talk, I realized that the person I don’t like the most is the one I need the most because they have values that perfectly compensate for their shortcomings. And most importantly, I learned how to treat others according to their wishes, not the way I wanted,” Mr Tuan said.

At the end of the sharing session, each leader and manager has their own valuable lessons, from which they can fully exploit the potential and strengths of each individual in their organization. And that will be the foundation for the Group to achieve greater achievements in the future.
