Can you share a little more about the motivation and morale of the whole branch with impressive efforts in recent years?
I feel very happy and proud of the good results that the branch has achieved. Being named the best branch of December 2023 across the system helped the Cong Hoa branch close 2023 in its entirety. This is also a promising opening to help the branch staff enter the journey of 2024 ready to break out and conquer the next goals.
By the way, I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the Group’s Board of Directors for taking the right strategic steps, building attractive sales policies, creating a healthy competitive playing field for the business system; Thank you for the enthusiastic support from all departments and thank you to the Cong Hoa branch warriors who have done their best to break through the achievements and rise to the top position.
Not only ranked at the top, the Cong Hoa branch will also be hosting a ceremony honoring the business system in December 2023. How do you feel that means?
This is a great honor for the Cong Hoa branch because this is also the first time that the Group’s Board of Directors applies the policy of hosting the honor ceremony at the branch that won the first prize.
Previously, the honor ceremony was held permanently at Kim Oanh Group’s headquarters and so only myself and a few leaders and managers of the branch had the opportunity to step on the stage to receive the award. Meanwhile, the achievements of the branch are the efforts of all brothers and sisters in the team and in my opinion, every contribution more or less deserves to be appreciated and honored.
The hosting of the branch will help all staff join in the pride when the name of the Cong Hoa branch is raised at the highest rank. And that is a great source of motivation for each individual to continue to strive to maintain the achievement. I am really grateful to the Board of Directors for implementing meaningful policies for the business system.
As he shared, the achievement of the branch is a great effort of the whole team. Can you share more details about those efforts?
Kim Oanh Group’s sales team always has a very high warrior spirit. All branches always do their best to achieve the planned goals. And the Cong Hoa branch is no exception.
Recently, the economy has faced many challenges, in order to reach customers, Cong hoa branch warriors rushed to sell on all fronts, from parks, cafes, eateries to markets… Make the most of sales opportunities, even the smallest. I don’t put too much emphasis on rankings, but what I’m most proud of is that my team has tried their best at work. For me, there is no need to be first, just achieve the best results in my ability.
If effort is the common advantage of the entire business system, then what is the secret of the success of the Cong Hoa branch in the context of such fierce competition?
To be honest, at the time I was appointed as the Director of the Cong Hoa Branch (01/09/2022), the branch was not too outstanding in terms of track record if not a rather weak one. The journey of transformation from a less prominent branch to a leader has not been easy. After a process of getting acquainted, connecting teams, and consolidating resources, Công hoa branch has identified 3 factors that make a difference to help the branch grow stronger.
The first is to always maintain an optimistic spirit, think positively and set specific goals at work.
The second is to work for the team instead of just focusing on individual goals. When enough determination resonates with a belief in the team, it is easy to push your limits because you are not only working to satisfy your personal desires but also for the overall responsibility of the team.
And the last and most important thing, always cultivate gratitude: grateful for your own efforts, grateful for your team, grateful for customers, grateful for Kim Oanh Group, grateful for difficulties, challenges or failures… It is gratitude that holds us back in time when we go in the wrong direction and brings unexpected luck that helps us do amazing things.
He pushed the Cong Hoa branch to the top despite taking over the branch not long ago. Can you share more about the secret of your own success?
For professional work, I appreciate determination and creativity to have new, more efficient, less resource-consuming, time-saving ways. For management, I always listen to understand. I always put myself as a supporter, connector and inspiration instead of a rigid leader.
We have also just opened a branch and started operating again after Tet. In this exciting atmosphere, what do you expect in the new year and what are your goals for 2024 and the period to come?
In 2024, it is forecasted that there will be many prospects for economic development, including the real estate sector. Facing these positive signals, I hope Kim Oanh Group will continue to develop more projects to bring opportunities to increase income, assert themselves for all brothers and thereby bring sustainable values to customers, community and society.
To achieve the KPI that the Group’s Board of Directors has set for the branch, I have broken down the goals of sales departments, sales teams and sales specialists. When breaking down goals, each individual will feel less pressure and it will be easier for me to track and support individuals and teams who are in difficulty.
In addition, Cong Hoa branch will also promote training activities every month to supplement knowledge about the market, Kim Oanh Group’s products, fostering customer consulting skills, online marketing skills, sales closing skills to make you more confident. At the same time, I will also maintain the branch’s monthly volunteer activities in addition to the group’s volunteer activities so that the team continues to cultivate shared values and feel my work becomes more meaningful.
On the occasion of the beginning of the year, do you have any words to say to the Republic branch team in particular and to Kim Oanh Group in general?
For me, the Republican branch is a family, where I develop the full ability and sense of responsibility of a leader. And Kim Oanh Group is a big family, where I receive a lot of values, not only material but also spiritual, especially the spread from Captain Dang Thi Kim Oanh – the respected and compassionate Chairwoman.
