In order to build confidence to create breakthrough success in the leadership style of the new era as well as strengthen the ability to treat people, build trust and cohesion the team, over the weekend, Kim Oanh Group organized the “Breakthrough Leadership” course for senior leaders of the group.
Taking place in 3 days (from 19th to 21st January), with an exciting atmosphere and sincere and open discussions, the course “Breakthrough Leadership” has brought students a lot of useful knowledge and skills.
Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman, General Director of Kim Oanh Group, said that in the context of constantly changing life and work today, leaders who want to lead their team need to have a breakthrough, create solid internal strength for themselves and lead with a professional style. In particular, it is extremely important to arouse the potential for each individual to go beyond the usual limits, build confidence, the ability to treat people to expand deep relationships, influence and inspire with the ability to fully communicate and engage with the team.
