Kim Oanh Group shares the value chain to build a professional operating system

On May 17, 2023, Kim Oanh Group successfully organized an event to share “Kim Oanh Group’s fundamental knowledge of the value chain” to bring the new organizational chart step by step into effective and professional operation. The program received the attention of the leadership team, marking a new stage of development of the Group in the coming time.

In the context of the difficult economy, all production and business sectors, especially real estate, are facing many challenges, Kim Oanh Group has found opportunities and has its own path. The Group has cooperated with foreign partners to expand investment and seek opportunities. In addition, Kim Oanh Group also focuses resources to innovate and perfect the apparatus to improve internal resources, increase its competitiveness, and be ready to make a breakthrough for the next period.

In 2022, Kim Oanh Group has successfully implemented the Group’s Rebranding and Restructuring strategy. By February 2023, Kim Oanh Group officially announced a new organizational chart to prepare for a new development turning point. Accordingly, the Kim Oanh Group ecosystem is now quite complete with five members, closing the real estate value-added chain including: land bank and project development, real estate marketing and brokerage, construction and infrastructure development, high-end real estate development and charity activities. Along with that, Kim Oanh Group has successfully built a strategic partnership system with leading prestigious brands in the market and suitable for each product segment of the Group.

Currently, Kim Oanh Group has completed the group’s restructuring strategy towards modernity, professionalism, sustainability and international integration. At the same time, not only the system of member units, the system operating apparatus is also reviewed, transferred, scientifically reorganized, and additional personnel are promoted.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi – Member of the Board of Directors Deputy General Director of Project Development of the Group shared that with the new development strategic orientation, Kim Oanh Group has gradually completed the real estate value chain and is constantly expanding. According to Mr. Loi, the value chain is the backbone, the core to build processes, delineate powers and responsibilities for departments. With professional advice from BDSC, Kim Oanh Group will continue to build and complete the apparatus, build a process system, adjust obstacles in the process of organizing the apparatus in the current time. In addition, this is also the basis for the Board of Directors to define responsibilities and recognize the efforts and contributions of each department and individual more clearly.

At the event, Mr. Le Quang Phuc – Chairman of BDSC shared basic knowledge about Kim Oanh Group’s value chain as well as orientation information on organizational structure, operational structure, process group building, work division structure of the Group according to the new organizational chart. According to Mr. Phuc, the value chain is a premise to define work and processes in the organization, based on the operating practices of the enterprise itself.

Accordingly, leaders of departments also interacted and asked questions about the current process with Mr. Le Quang Phuc, and shared more information about the unit when applying the process.
