Trung Quan Housing Complex is Environmentally Licensed

The People’s Committee of Binh Duong province has just issued Decision No. 172: /GPMT-STNMT licensed on 20/12/2023 to Trung Quan Real Estate Co., Ltd. based in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong province to carry out environmental protection activities of the Trung Quan housing project in Bau Bang neighborhood, Lai Uyen town, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province.

Accordingly, the contents of environmental permits and accompanying environmental protection requirements are: allowed to discharge wastewater into the environment, allowed to discharge exhaust gases into the environment, ensuring the limit value for noise and vibration; waste management; prevention and response to environmental incidents. The provincial People’s Committee requested Trung Quan Real Estate Co., Ltd. to only be allowed to carry out the contents of licensing after completing the corresponding environmental protection works; operate regularly and in accordance with the process of wastewater and exhaust gas treatment works to ensure that wastewater and treated exhaust gas meet environmental technical regulations; take measures to minimize noise and vibration to meet environmental protection requirements; waste management in accordance with the law. The company must be responsible before the law when pollutants do not meet the permissible requirements.

It is known that Trung Quan residential area belongs to the list of group II investment projects in accordance with the Law on Environmental Protection. The project has a total land area of 80,803.3 m2 and a scale of 509 units, a population of about 1,650 people, 01 preschool, an estimated population of about 310 people.
