On the morning of 11/01, the Kim Oanh Group Cultural Awareness Workshop with the theme “Solid temperament and shared aspiration” took place within the framework of the Project on recreating corporate culture – Affirming and “Living” Kim Oanh Group's cultural values.
The program attracted the participation of more than 300 core employees of the whole system.
Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman, General Director of Kim Oanh Group said that the proper awareness of corporate culture is one of the important foundations contributing to the success of the project. She hoped that this workshop would not only be an opportunity for members of Kim Oanh Group to learn authentically about culture but also better understand methods and ways to implement synchronously and bring the highest results.
In the new year 2024, Chairman Dang Thi Kim Oanh wishes the entire team to always maintain and maximize the spirit of optimism, from thinking and acting so that the positive energy and good cultural values of “Kim Oanh people” will be spread in the most extensive way.
Revolving around the theme “Solid temperament with shared aspiration”, at the event, important contents on the concept and elements of corporate culture in a broad context; the importance of the environment to help nurture a strong corporate culture, was analyzed clearly and specifically by Ms. Nguyen Trinh Khanh Linh – President and General Director of Dale Carnegie Vietnam – the speaker, attracting the attention of the auditorium.
Accordingly, corporate culture is its own core, also known as organizational culture, creating distinct competitive advantages, shaping and guiding the way of thinking and behaving of people in that organization.
In the current trend, “healthy culture” is what businesses develop in a sustainable direction, because it not only brings a spirit of comfort and happiness to employees but also improves the quality of work. There are 4 main foundations for a “healthy culture: healthy physical, mentally healthy, clear thinking, and firm beliefs.
For Kim Oanh Group, besides these foundations, building a sustainable culture is determined to be the inheritance, promoting the core values that endure in the past – present – future. In particular, in the coming time, the priority orientation of the Group's cultural development is to build a substantive, talkable culture, in which cultural values are integrated and become an indispensable part of all operational activities and a clear characteristic quality of the entire staff.
The process of building and nurturing culture demonstrates a long-term roadmap, with enthusiasm, fierce pursuit, bravery as an example and orientation of senior leaders for all levels of positions in each commitment to the culture built. In particular, the element of voluntariness, pride and mastery are valued.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Duc, Member of the Group's Board of Directors, Deputy Steering Committee of the Corporate Culture Regeneration Project, also said that Kim Oanh Group's staff is the “soul” that creates the core and corporate culture of the company. In particular, in order to effectively spread the core cultural values of the Group to all employees, it is indispensable for the role of important nuclei as “Cultural Ambassadors”.
In order to soon find talented and enthusiastic “Cultural Ambassadors”, spreading the good values of Kim Oanh Group to all officers and employees of the Group as well as a large number of customers and partners, Mr. Nguyen Phu Duc encouraged and urged suitable candidates to quickly nominate/nominate to join the position of “Van Ambassador” chemical potential” of the corporation.
With sincere and attractive sharing from speakers and the Board of Directors, the seminar brought useful information and raised awareness for all staff about culture. At the same time, this is also a new step of the Cultural Regeneration Project, in the journey of cultivating and developing Kim Oanh Group's cultural values.
