The People’s Committee of Ben Cat town has issued Decision No. 283/QD-UBND dated February 26, 2020 on approving the detailed planning of 1/500 Thuan Loi 2 commercial residential project in Hoa Loi ward, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province. The project is invested by Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
According to the approved planning plan, Thuan Loi 2 Commercial Residential Project has an area of about 154,598.4m2, the North is adjacent to land for perennial plants; on the south by Ben Dong – Vinh Tan road and land for perennial plants; on the east by land for perennial crops; on the west by Thuan Advantageous Commercial Housing Area and land for perennial crops.
The nature of the planning area is a commercial housing area planned with the functional structure of land use, spatial organization, landscape architecture, technical infrastructure system according to the general orientation of Ben Cat town; meet the essential needs of housing for people in the area and surrounding areas.
In addition, the planning plan also concretizes basic indicators on population, land, technical and social infrastructure such as water supply and drainage, electricity supply, green parks, educational institutions… and region-wide urban design.
