On May 3, 2024, the State Inspection Department of Construction Quality under the Ministry of Construction has inspected the acceptance and completion of construction works for the Legacy Central project in Thuan An city, Binh Duong province.
Accordingly, Legacy Central has been officially completed by the investor – Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, a member of Kim Oanh Group – and accepted to meet the standards of construction quality, including fire protection, environmental protection, manage the operation of the building, so that it can be put into operation.
Previously, on April 9, 2024, the Fire Protection and Rescue Department of the Binh Duong Provincial Police also approved the acceptance results of fire prevention and fighting of the Legacy Central project.
