Kim Oanh Group builds a professional decentralization process

On May 24, 2023, Kim Oanh Group held a value chain consulting exchange event to develop a professional decentralization matrix and optimize the Group’s operational activities. This is one of the thematic activities towards enhancing the brand and reaching out to the international market of Kim Oanh Group.

At the event, Mr. Tran Duc Hoang, a business consultant, clarified the core issues of corporate rights under the law such as ownership, management and administration in enterprises; distinguish between the rights of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the rights of the Board of Directors and the rights of the Board of Directors; exercising management and administration rights in the enterprise; authorized representatives of the parent company in its subsidiaries.

Mr. Le Quang Phuc – Chairman of BDSC Board of Directors – said that based on the new organizational chart as well as long-term vision, Kim Oanh Group’s Board of Directors needs to quickly develop a decentralization matrix according to factors such as legal regulations, management and control system of enterprises, capacity to operate the apparatus of the enterprise, select objects in each suitable field…

The above event aims to help Kim Oanh Group’s leadership and management team better understand corporate rights from a legal perspective and Enterprise Law. From there, building a professional management and operation process system, adjusting obstacles in the process of organizing the apparatus during operation.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi – Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of Kim Oanh Group, said that the Group has cherished the development of the decentralization matrix for a long time. The appropriate empowerment of leaders and managers in accordance with their functions and tasks will help reduce pressure on the Board of Directors as well as facilitate the full promotion of the capacity of each individual and each professional department.

However, Mr. Loi also emphasized that the decentralization of power must be in accordance with the law, must be very standard, the right people, the right responsibility, avoid overlap and must also be in line with the aspirations of leaders and managers.
