International cooperation to develop “Singapore standard” social housing

After more than a year of researching the social housing market and segment, Kim Oanh Group has completed the Social Housing and Low Income Housing Development Project with two development phases from now to 2028.

Specifically, Kim Oanh Group aims to develop 26 projects (including 23 social housing projects and 3 low-income housing projects) with a total of about 40,000 products; Total investment is about VND 31,000 billion. Phase 1, from now to 2026, Kim Oanh Group will introduce to the market 14 projects with 25,000 products.
