Head of Architectural Design

I. Duties of Head of Architectural Design

1. Job Description

• Chairman, preside over architectural and interior design;
• Planning, managing the implementation of architectural design of low-rise buildings, high-rise buildings, special works (Sales houses, schools, cafes, commercial centers, …);
• Manage all technical issues related to projects and works;
• Responsible for the entire quality of design documents;
• Prepare basic design documents, construction drawings;
• Make dossiers and submit them to state agencies for appraisal, construction permits, etc.

2. Job Support:

• Support the work of the Department when required

II. Job Requirements
1. Qualifications:

• University Graduate in Architecture.

2. Work experience:

• At least 05 years of experience in the field of design, construction design management;
• Have an understanding of the Law on Construction;
•  Proficient in using software tools for work.

3. Skill:

• Good communication, ability to present easily and clearly;
• Ability to handle problems well;
• Be receptive to opinions;
• Ability to manage time and plan.
