On the morning of 03/8/2023, Kim Oanh Group held an event to hand over house ownership certificate of The EastGate apartment phase 1 to residents. This is a strong proof of Kim Oanh Group’s reputation as well as efforts in ensuring the interests of customers.

At the event, the first 180house ownership certificate were handed out to The EastGate residents. Currently, Kim Oanh Group is also actively completing legal procedures to house ownership certificate all remaining apartments so that it can be handed over to all residents as soon as possible.

Sharing at the event, Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Kim Oanh Group said that The EastGate is the first apartment project of the Group. Therefore, during the development of the project, many difficulties were encountered. Along with that, the epidemic and the prolonged economic crisis over the years have also significantly affected the progress of the project.

“With all our enthusiasm for the project as well as responsibility to the customer, we have tried our best so that the project can reach the finish line on schedule. The EastGate was completed at the end of 2021 and started welcoming the first residents from January 2022, until now nearly 100% of the apartments are inhabited,” Mrs. Oanh shared.

As one of the first residents to be handed over house ownership certificate, Mr. Nguyen Van Lanh (Ben Cat, Binh Duong), owner of apartment A03.05 excitedly shared: “Realizing that the project is affordable and located adjacent to Thu Duc University Village, I decided to buy it immediately. Currently, my daughter is living and studying very well here. I am very secure because the project has many facilities such as swimming pool, gym, sports area … Very comfortable and absolute security. According to Mr. Lanh himself, his family is a long-term customer of Kim Oanh Group who has invested in many projects, but with The EastGate it is also a big risk because when buying apartments, it is easy to face legal risks.
