Senior leader Kim Oanh Group participated in an in-depth discussion on the Group’s Cultural Standards

The discussion took place on 19/3 and 20/3 at Kim Oanh Group’s headquarters to determine Kim Oanh Group’s development strategy in the short, medium and long term. On that basis, the Group’s senior leaders can identify and agree on the necessary qualities to achieve Kim Oanh Group’s own development strategy and identity, thereby creating the most important materials of the Cultural Standards. In addition, the discussion also aimed at meaningful and in-depth cohesion between individual members of the Board of Directors, Board of Directors, senior leaders and senior management of Kim Oanh Group.

Participating in the discussion, members of Kim Oanh Group shared, contributed ideas, raised views to reach common points of agreement on strategic development factors of the Group in the coming period.

Mrs. Nguyen Trinh Khanh Linh, President & CEO of Dale Carnegie Vietnam, raised a suggestive question about Kim Oanh Group’s cultural standards;

From very realistic assessments of the business environment, the impact of political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal factors… to the development orientation of Kim Oanh Group as well as the analysis of strengths, challenges, opportunities and threats in the current context, Kim Oanh Group’s senior leaders have jointly reassessed the vision, mission, core values and business philosophy of the Group, At the same time, agree on the strategic orientation for sustainable development in the period of 2024 – 2035. This is also an important platform for senior leaders of the Group to discuss and fundamentally agree on the core cultural values of Kim Oanh Group.

Mrs. Nguyen Huynh Nhu – Group Customer Service Director said: “The meeting gave me the opportunity to look back again to have a deeper understanding and a broader view of Kim Oanh Group’s vision, mission as well as overall development picture. Since then, I have had a lot of ideas to build a long-term strategy for the Customer Service Department as well as for myself to both maximize work efficiency and align with the Group’s overall development roadmap.”

Similar to Mrs. Huynh Nhu, Mr. To Duy Chinh – Director of the Group’s Business Division also had memorable experiences: “Everyone has a leadership style with their own principles. Through positive and open sharing at meetings, our leadership team understands each other better. And understanding corporate cultural values should not stop at the Group level but also pay attention to the individual level to create harmony and solidarity in the team.”

According to Mrs. Nguyen Trinh Khanh Linh – President & CEO of Dale Carnegie Vietnam, Kim Oanh Group’s senior leadership team not only has a deep understanding of the work, many concerns and great ambitions about the future development orientation of Kim Oanh Group but also pays great attention to the project of Reinventing corporate culture as well as promoting the role of Van corporate transformation for the Group’s sustainable development strategy.

“Thanks to the active participation in discussions, expressing views, contributing ideas enthusiastically and very openly, willing to share issues of strategic significance of senior leaders, the meeting to discuss Kim Oanh Group’s Cultural Standards took place successfully. The results of the meetings are basically enough materials for Dale Carnegie Vietnam to complete the cultural standards for the Group as soon as possible” – Mrs. Khanh Linh shared.

Accordingly, with the vision of becoming a multidisciplinary, professional, humane, sustainable and internationally integrated investment group, Kim Oanh Group’s management is aiming at the types of culture of learning, results and intention. That means that in the new stage of development, Kim Oanh Group’s team will constantly learn and work towards results according to the set goals.

Corresponding to the above types of culture, some core values correspond such as the spirit of innovation, responsibility, integrity, dedication, sharing… is being considered for inclusion in the Cultural Standards because it is in line with the Group’s long-term development vision.

In addition, the image of anthropomorphizing the bamboo symbol into a “cultural mascot” has been 100% agreed by the Group’s senior leaders. According to Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Group, Kim Oanh Group came up from the image of bamboo and perhaps there will be no symbol that can replace bamboo to imagine Kim Oanh Group.

“Kim Oanh Group bamboo has a solid root, strong stem, flexible branches. Bamboo converges many virtues of a gentleman and especially has elements that are very suitable for Kim Oanh Group’s culture in the renovation period such as passion, fierceness, sharing, learning… If each member is a bamboo, Kim Oanh Group is an extremely sustainable and solid rampart” – Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh shared.

Based on the discussed contents, the Corporate Culture Regeneration Project Board and its partner Dale Carnegie Vietnam will continue to improve the content as well as propose the design form of Kim Oanh Group’s Cultural Standards in a modern, creative direction and ensure the Group’s brand recognition criteria.

The set of corporate cultural standards plays a very important role in creating order and civility in organizational communication relations, creating conditions for each individual in the collective to fully develop their abilities to contribute to the sustainable development of the business; thereby contributing to building and shaping a typical culture, improving the brand reputation of the enterprise in the eyes of the public.

After being promulgated, Kim Oanh Group’s Cultural Standards will be an important document, spiritual asset, expressing the quintessence and wisdom of Kim Oanh Group. This is also the foundation for Kim Oanh Group to continue promoting the traditional values and standards that have been cultivated for nearly 16 years, as well as a guideline contributing to the development of Kim Oanh Group in the next period. In other words, the Cultural Standards will contribute to spreading Kim Oanh Group’s core values to fly high, not only domestically but also internationally.

It can be said that the Ministry of Cultural Standards and the discussion also suggested many issues of building the foundation, preparing the best conditions to ensure the sustainable development of Kim Oanh Group in the coming period.
