This morning (17/04), Kim Oanh Group held a ceremony to receive the Decision approving the investment policy and the investor of The One World project in Binh Duong. At the same time, the Group also signed cooperation agreements with 4 leading Japanese partners, including: Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi, NTT, AEON Vietnam to invest and develop this potential urban area.
The event took place in a solemn and joyful atmosphere with the participation of representatives of central and local agencies and departments and representatives of partners
The event marked an important step in the process of enhancing Kim Oanh Group's position in the market, and a step of the group's international stature.
According to the signed agreement, the cooperation structure of the project will be divided according to the proportion of Kim Oanh Group accounting for 51% of the shares; Three Japanese partners — Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi and NTT — hold 49 percent of the shares. Particularly, AEON Vietnam will develop and operate a large-scale high-end commercial center right in One World urban area – The One World.

The One World Urban Area project has a scale of nearly 50ha and a total investment of more than 1 billion USD. The project is located between arterial roads including: Binh Duong Avenue (National Highway 13), Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Ring Road 3, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.

The main products of One World project – The One World brought to the market include shophouses, townhouses, compound villas and apartments … along with a series of high-class facilities, from studying, entertainment, shopping to working spaces, conferences – exhibitions, health care and sports.
One World urban area – The One World is divided into 6 component projects, expected to pre-build important facilities including convention – exhibition center, AEON trade center, 5-star hotel, international school and officially introduce products to the market right in 2025.
