Red flowers are placed on the robes of children who are still full of both Parents; Roses are placed on the shirts of those who still have a Father or Mother; White flowers are placed on the shirts of the unfortunate children who have lost both parents. Each rose is placed on the chest as a reminder that each Kim Oanh Group employee must always remember the merit of birth and nurture of parents and must be deeply aware of the duties and responsibilities of children to the born. Kim Oanh Group's leaders and employees listened to their hearts through the song “Meditation Mind” performed by singer Hanh Nguyen. Kim Oanh Group's leaders and employees listened to the discourse “Vu Lan – The Season of Gratitude” shared by Nun Thich Nu Hang Lien. According to the nun, Vu Lan Bao Hieu is a very humane celebration, with practical educational significance about Hieu, the tradition of “Drinking water to remember the source” of the nation, contributing to building and developing healthy moral values in today's society. The Group's employees learn about the origin and meaning of Vu Lan Bao Hieu holiday in Vietnam and in some Asian countries. VHistorical traceability not only helps to understand more cultural values of Vietnamese Buddhism but also contributes to strengthening the inner values of each person such as love, compassion, gratitude, especially piety…. as well as understanding and having a different outlook on life in a more positive and optimistic way. Through the piety story of Venerable Mu Kien Lien and Venerable Relic Loi Phat Venerable, Nun Thich Nu Hang Lien once again clarified the origin and meaning of the Yulan holiday from a Buddhist perspective. At the same time, the nun also explained in detail the choice of roses to become a sacred symbol of the Yulan holiday and the meaning of the color of each flower placed on the chest of the children's shirts. Listening to the sharing of Nun Thich Nu Hang Lien, each Kim Oanh Group staff could not hide their emotion when looking at the rose on their chest. In an emotional moment of gratitude, the Group's leaders and employees turned to their birth with gratitude and respect. For those who still have parents, Vu Lan is an opportunity to pray for parents to be healthy, peaceful, and live happily for a long time with their children. For those who are unfortunate enough to have no parents by their side, this is an opportunity for everyone to pray for their parents who have lost their birth. Mr. Nguyen Thuan – Vice Chairman of Kim Oanh Group, legal name Quang Hoa presented lotus flowers in gratitude for the meaningful and valuable sharing from Nun Thich Nu Hang Lien. Mr. Nguyen Thuan and Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh performed the ceremony of writing gratitude to Nun Thich Nu Hang Lien and the Zen Venerables. Kim Oanh Group's staff stood together to express their gratitude to Thich Nu Hang Lien and the Zen Venerables. Mr. Nguyen Thuan performed the song “Vu Lan misses his mother” as a tribute to the deceased born. This is also a meaningful gift to remind of the piety that Mr. Nguyen Thuan sent to the Group's leaders and employees. With a white rose on his chest, Mr. Nguyen Thuan couldn't help but be moved: “Hundred good things, the word HIEU is at the top. I sincerely congratulate those who are putting red roses on their chests. Those who wear pink flowers are still a very lucky thing because you still have half a chance to pay tribute to your parents. For those who are wearing white flowers like me, let's do our best to become good, successful and contribute to society. It's the best way to pay tribute to your deceased parents.” Also within the framework of the program, leaders and employees of Kim Oanh Group also listened to valuable sharing from Buddhist Tran Kim Lieu – Doctor of Jurisprudence, Chief of Office of Hanoi Law University with the theme “Connecting Success – Full Happiness”.
