Increased the charter capital to more than 2.882 billion VND with 4 subsidiaries and 9 trading floors. Developed industrial park projects in Binh Duong and Century City urban area in an area of 49,8 hectares in Long Thanh, Dong Nai.

Implemented the first apartment project – The East Gate.
