From September 8 to September 17, Kim Oanh Group has carried out its annual health check-up program combined with seasonal flu vaccinations for more than 1,000 employees. The program took place at one of Vietnam's leading and most reputable hospitals, the HCMC University Medical Center.
This initiative is part of the Group’s employee welfare activities, showing the Board of Directors’ genuine care and commitment to the well-being of its staff, those who contribute tirelessly to the sustainable growth of Kim Oanh Group.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Deputy Director of HR Department, said that when each member is healthy, their family is happier; when each individual is strong, the organization is more stable; and when all employees are in good health, the business can grow sustainably. Despite ongoing economic challenges, the Group’s leaders remain committed to building strong welfare policies for our employees.
During the program, employees underwent deep medical examinations and received direct consultations from doctors specilizing on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and key health indicators to monitor.
The program was professionally and systematically organized, helping employees better understand their current health condition and proactively adopt healthier routines.
The Director of the Dien Bien Phu Branch, Mr. Trinh Thanh Tuan, shared:
“I often play sports. I believe that it's enough and don't pay attention so much to my health condition. This program reminded me that our health is so important, because health truly is everything. I would like to thank the dedicated doctors at the University Medical Center and, especially, the Board of Directors of Kim Oanh Group for organizing such a meaningful initiative that shows deep care for employees’ health and well-being.”
