On the morning of August 18th, during the Group weekly meeting, Kim Oanh Group’s Board of Directors presented a special commission to the Organizing Committee of the K-Home Apartment Launch Event, recognizing their extraordinary efforts in delivering a highly successful event marked by impressive results.
Within just one morning on August 17th, at the WTC EXPO in Ho Chi Minh City, the launch event of K-Home Apartment created unprecedented excitement, attracting over 2,000 attendees and recording 869 successful unit registrations.
This milestone not only represents a major step forward in Kim Oanh Group’s strategy to develop Singapore-standard social housing but also powerfully conveys the message:
“Every home is an ideal haven with high quality, fully equipped, affordable, and accessible.”
At the August 18th meeting, Chairwoman Dang Thi Kim Oanh praised the team’s spirit of “speed, resilience, and unity,” rewarding the organizing committee, sales division, and support teams. She emphasized that the reward was not just a gesture of gratitude but also a recognition of the collective spirit that turned K-Home Apartment into a phenomenal success within such a short time.
“I was truly moved by the dedication of every individual and every department, from preparation to communications and execution. This success belongs to all of us, united by one heartbeat and one shared mission to serve the community,” said Chairwoman Dang Thi Kim Oanh.
Representing the sales department, Mr. To Duy Chinh, Group's Business Director, shared: “We are not merely selling a real estate product. K-Home Apartment, part of the K-Home New City development in Binh Duong New City, spans 26.69 hectares, featuring 3,310 shophouses, social housing units, and 1,654 green-certified Singapore-standard apartments. The project is developed by Kim Oanh Land, a member of Kim Oanh Group.
According to Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, beyond its premium projects, the Group is also dedicating resources to affordable housing, including a long-term strategy to develop 40,000 social housing units, supporting the Government’s initiative of one million affordable homes. K-Home New City is the project pioneering in the line of Singapore standard social housing of the Group.
Building on the momentum of K-Home Apartment, Kim Oanh Group plans to break ground on five new social housing projects in Q3/2025, four in Dong Nai and one in HCMC, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable housing solutions and long-term community development.
