From September 8 to September 17, Kim Oanh Group has carried out its annual health check-up program combined with seasonal flu vaccinations for more than 1,000 employees. The program took place at one of Vietnam's leading and most reputable hospitals, the HCMC University Medical Center.<\/em><\/p>\n

This initiative is part of the Group\u2019s employee welfare activities, showing the Board of Directors\u2019 genuine care and commitment to the well-being of its staff, those who contribute tirelessly to the sustainable growth of Kim Oanh Group.<\/p>\n

Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Deputy Director of HR Department, said that when each member is healthy, their family is happier; when each individual is strong, the organization is more stable; and when all employees are in good health, the business can grow sustainably. Despite ongoing economic challenges, the Group\u2019s leaders remain committed to building strong welfare policies for our employees.<\/p>\n

During the program, employees underwent deep medical examinations and received direct consultations from doctors specilizing on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and key health indicators to monitor.<\/p>\n

The program was professionally and systematically organized, helping employees better understand their current health condition and proactively adopt healthier routines.<\/p>\n

The Director of the Dien Bien Phu Branch, Mr. Trinh Thanh Tuan, shared:<\/p>\n

This program reminded me that our health is so important, because health truly is everything.
