In order to develop the “mastery” mindset of the whole team, find and build inner strength towards strong individuals, cohesive team, Kim Oanh Group organized an inspirational sharing session “Take Command”. This is a meaningful gift that the Board of Directors wishes to send to all employees on the occasion of the New Year.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The sharing session took place on the Zoom Meeting platform with the leadership of Coach Le Tan Thao \u2013 Board Member, Senior Advisor Dale Carnegie Vietnam, Certified Coach and “Digital Trainer” of Dale Carnegie & Associates according to ISO 9001: 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking at the beginning of the sharing session, Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Kim Oanh Group said that the staff is the most valuable asset of the Group throughout the development journey. In particular, the Board of Directors of the Group always considers the staff to be the owners of the business, working together.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Therefore, I also urge each employee, whether leaders, managers or employees, to consider themselves as an owner of Kim Oanh Group and promote that pioneering spirit of ownership to join hands to create synergy to help the Group develop sustainably. Participating in the sharing session, leaders and employees of Kim Oanh Group came together to learn and discuss the concept of pioneering mastery as well as ways to cultivate and develop their own mastery spirit. From there, each individual can find and strengthen inner strength, build sustainable relationships to live the life that each person wants.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to coach Le Tan Thao, the spirit of pioneering mastery is understood as the ability to self-control and promote strength from within each individual to create positive change and flexible responses at work as well as in life. This is a very necessary baggage on the way to success of each person. Particularly in the field of real estate, the pioneering spirit of ownership must be promoted, especially the sales team because each specialist has its own customer file and all jobs require very high autonomy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through stories and practical experiences, Coach Le Tan Thao has helped Kim Oanh Group's team have a detailed view of the “Pioneering Mastery” model built on 3 levels: Mastering thoughts and feelings, mastering relationships, master of the future.
