On July 14, 2023, in Singapore, Surbana Jurong Group and Kim Oanh Group solemnly held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation to develop real estate projects invested by Kim Oanh Group. This is a new milestone in more than 15 years of establishment and development of Kim Oanh Group.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Under the agreement, Kim Oanh Group and Surbana Jurong will cooperate to develop a series of residential real estate projects, resort real estate and office buildings in the southern region. In particular, Surbana Jurong will be responsible for urban planning and architectural consultancy for projects that Kim Oanh Group is about to implement.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to commercial projects, the partnership with Surbana Jurong also gives Kim Oanh Group access to Singapore's social housing development standards for application in Vietnam. Because Surbana Jurong is a corporation that has contributed to Singapore's development by building more than 80% of social housing in this country.<\/span><\/p>\n

With extensive experience in the field of real estate and orientation to become a multidisciplinary investment group, Kim Oanh Group is actively looking for foreign partners to jointly develop large-scale real estate projects, outstanding quality to bring a better living experience to Vietnamese people. Before Surbana Jurong, earlier this year Kim Oanh Group also signed a strategic partnership with Sumitomo Forestry, a leading Japanese corporation, to jointly develop real estate projects invested by Kim Oanh Group.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairman – General Director of Kim Oanh Group, said Kim Oanh Group currently owns a land fund of about 500ha in vibrant development areas such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau and Phu Quoc (Kien Giang). These are all key projects in many different market segments.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, in the coming period, Kim Oanh Group plans to develop 25,000 low-rise and high-rise social housing products in Binh Duong and Dong Nai. This is an effort of Kim Oanh Group to respond to the Government's project to build 1 million affordable houses and social housing to support workers in localities to have more favorable living conditions. In particular, the first Singapore-standard social housing project developed by Kim Oanh Group in Binh Duong, is expected to be announced to the market in Q3.<\/span><\/p>\n
