I. Duties of Contract Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0Draft Contract related to the field of operation of the Company including Consulting, Construction and Supply Contract<\/span>Collect legal documents and work with relevant departments to synthesize necessary information (BOQ, drawings, progress, scope of work performed….) to prepare the draft Contract<\/span>
    \n\u00a0Summing up Develop and propose simple, suitable Contract forms to apply<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Negotiating Contracts with Contractors<\/span>Negotiating and negotiating the contents of the contract with the proposed winning contractor<\/span>
    \nSummarize the contents of negotiation, submission for approval and update into the Contract submitted to the signer<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Advising on handling arising during the implementation process, making an Appendix to amend the Contract in case of change<\/span>Advising on proposals to handle complaints and requests arising from the Contractor related to the Contract: extension of performance time, arising volume and scope of work<\/span>
    \nUpdate changes to make adjustments to the Contract Appendix<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    II. Job Requirements<\/strong><\/span>
    \n1. Qualifications: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • University degree or higher majoring in Construction, Construction Economics, Law;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Work experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • At least 05 years of experience in similar jobs<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ability to draft bilingual contracts (English)<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledgeable and experienced in the field of real estate, especially in the construction, acceptance, completion, settlement of contracts<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Basic knowledge of Project Management, Accounting, Construction Law<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Skill:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Skills in communication, negotiation, contract negotiation<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Ability to work in teams and work independently, withstand high work pressure<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Market, listen, absorb and learn and flexibly update<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Careful, meticulous, honest, responsible at work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
