I. Mission
1. Main job
– Consulting, building and deploying application solutions (software) to serve the business and management needs of the corporation.
– Project organization, evaluation, selection/development and implementation of software solutions in line with IT development strategy.
– Research and propose to apply software solutions according to new technology trends.
– Make a plan on supporting the operation, maintenance and upgrading of the application system (software) of the corporation.
– Recruit, manage, and evaluate Application Development Department personnel periodically according to the corporation’s regulations.
– Signing projects in charge
2. Support work
– Participate in the development of regulations and procedures on IT activities.
– Participate in the development of IT strategy for the whole corporation.
– Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
II. Request
1. Qualification: University graduate or above majoring in IT or equivalent
2. Working experience: At least 3 years of experience in the position of Application Manager / IT Application Manager or equivalent
3. Soft skills:
– Good communication & presentation
– Ability to negotiate negotiations
– Professional English ability
